How UP scores you

Every university does this differently.

Checked against the official source

UP APS

UP adds the NSC achievement levels (1 to 7) of your six best subjects, excluding Life Orientation.

This score means nothing at another university – it can’t be compared with any other university’s.

What we couldn’t confirm
  • UP’s website blocked automated access, so this comes from one UP faculty document. Some UP faculties (especially Health Sciences) select on more than the APS.
